  4.         The Captain Sheet Default menu is  used to control the operation of
  5.  the Captain Sheet Input mode.

  18.  Sort Team by Average  - This option determins the order of bowler names in
  19.                          the Captain  Sheet input mode  window. The default
  20.                          option is "Y", which  orders the names by average,
  21.                          from  lowest  to  highest.  To  display  the names
  22.                          alphabetically, change this option to "N".

  24.  Round Averages        - This option determines  how BowlStat will  display
  25.                          averages in  the Captian Sheet  input mode window.
  26.                          With  the defaults  option of  "N", BowlStat  will
  27.                          display  the acutal  bowler average,  truncated to
  28.                          the nearest  tenth of a pin.  To have the averages
  29.                          rounded, change this option to "Y".

  31.  Team Single by GROSS  - This option  determins how  the Team  High  Single
  32.                          award  is calculated.  The default  option of  "N"
  33.                          causes  BowlStat to  calculate the  award based on
  34.                          NET  (handicaps  included)  pinfall.  To  have the
  35.                          award based on GROSS  pinfall (string scores only,
  36.                          handicaps  not  included),  change  this option to
  37.                          "Y".
